1.1. The Administration manages the Website entirely at its own discretion.

1.2. The Administration may, at any time and at its own discretion, refuse any User the provision of the Website's services in full or in part, without giving reasons and without paying any compensation.

2.1. A Website User is a person who has registered through the form provided on the Website and received a unique profile identifier.

2.2. From the moment the identifier is received, the User is granted a personal account, linked to the profile, for in-game currency and a personal inventory for in-game items.

2.3.1. Violating the laws of the Russian Federation and other countries where the game is distributed.

2.3.2. Using as a nickname (profile name) profanity, insults, or any words or symbols that mislead other Users as to affiliation with the Administration.

2.3.3. Using as an avatar images that incite racial, ethnic, religious, gender or other hatred, as well as images of a pornographic nature.

2.3.4. Insulting, humiliating or defaming the honour and dignity of Users, the Administration or any other persons.

2.3.5. Using software bugs in the Website's code to disrupt its operation and/or to gain an advantage over other Users.

2.3.6. Impersonating a member of the Website Administration and/or creating the appearance of affiliation with the Administration for any purpose.

2.3.7. Sharing the login and/or password of one's account with other users.

2.3.8. Using accounts that were not created by the User.

2.3.9. Using non-original (modified, repackaged, third-party) clients of the Website and of the «Magnat — Monopoly Online» application, emulators and other software that imitates or replaces the official client, as well as connecting to the Website by any means other than the official clients published by the Administration.

2.3.10. Using scripts, macros, bots, automation programs, artificial-intelligence-based programs and any other software that performs actions in the User's account automatically or without the User's direct involvement.

2.3.11. Using auxiliary programs and tools, including cheats, trainers, injectors, programs that intercept, modify or substitute network traffic, debuggers, disassemblers and other software that gives the User an advantage over other Users, alters the game mechanics, or disrupts the operation of the Website.

2.3.12. Violation of clauses 2.3.9–2.3.11 of these Rules entails blocking of the User's account without prior notice, without refund of paid funds and without compensation for in-game currency and other in-game valuables.

2.4.1. Use the functionality of the Website in accordance with its intended purpose.

2.4.2. Purchase in-game currency and exchange it for in-game items.

2.5. If the User disagrees with the current version of the Rules, the User must notify the Administration within 3 (three) days of the changes taking effect and stop using the Website.

2.6.1. When using the Website, the Administration collects and processes the User's personal data (including, but not limited to: email address, IP address, technical device data, client identifiers, and data on the use of the Website). The procedure, purposes, grounds, periods and conditions of personal data processing are defined by the Privacy Policy, published at monolife.app/home/privacy and forming an integral part of these Rules.

2.6.2. Acceptance of these Rules, including registration and/or marking agreement with these Rules, as well as further use of the Website, constitutes the User's consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy and the User's free, specific, informed and conscious consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes, to the extent and in the manner established therein, in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 «On Personal Data».

2.6.3. Information generated by the User while using the Website (game history, purchase history, statistics, chat messages and other similar data) is stored and processed by the Administration. The User grants the Administration a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, store, reproduce, modify and delete such information for the purpose of operating the Website, for the entire term of the exclusive rights.

2.6.4. All actions performed in the User's account or on the User's behalf are deemed to have been performed by the User.

3.1. The User confirms that, at the time of registration, they are a person who has reached the age of full legal capacity (18 years), or a person aged between 14 and 18 acting with the written consent and under the responsibility of their legal representatives (parents, adoptive parents, guardians).

3.2. Persons under 14 years of age are prohibited from registering on the Website and using its paid features.

3.3. The Administration may at any time request confirmation of the User's age and legal capacity by any available means and, until such confirmation is received, restrict access to the Website, block the account and suspend any operations on its balance.

3.4. By registering and/or marking agreement with these Rules, the User represents that they meet the requirements of clauses 3.1–3.2 and have the authority necessary to enter into this agreement.

3.5. Liability for the actions of minor Users, including payments made by them to the Website, lies with their legal representatives. The Administration is not liable for payments made by minors without the knowledge and consent of their legal representatives, nor for the consequences of such payments.

3.6. If it is established that the Website has been registered or used by a person who does not meet the requirements of clauses 3.1–3.2, the Administration may block the account without refund of paid funds and without compensation for in-game valuables.

4.1. The Site Rules may be changed by the Administration at any time without prior notice.

4.2. The Rules take effect from the moment they are published at monolife.app/home/rules.

4.3. The User undertakes to check for changes independently. Continued use of the Website after the Rules are updated means full and unconditional acceptance of the current version.

5.1. Users are responsible for their own actions related to the creation and posting of information on the Website, in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

5.2. The Administration may at any time change the appearance, design and/or functionality of the Website, and modify, supplement or delete any content — with or without notice to Users.

5.3. The Administration does not pre-moderate information posted by Users.

5.3.1. The Administration takes action to protect the rights and interests of persons only after the interested party applies in the established manner.

5.4. The Administration is not liable for temporary failures and interruptions in the operation of the Website or for any loss of information caused thereby.

5.5. The Administration is not liable for the User's violation of these Rules.

5.5.1. The Administration reserves the right to modify or delete information that violates these Rules, with or without notice.

5.5.2. The Administration reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate the User's access to all or any section of the Website at any time, with or without giving reasons.

5.6. The Administration has the right to send the User information related to the Website and its development, as well as about events that directly concern the User.

6.1. Selling or transferring gold and money to other players (including through repeated games aimed at funnelling gold or capital).

6.2. Entering into non-mutually-beneficial deals. A non-mutually-beneficial deal is any unequal exchange between opponents:
a) deliberately handing over a monopoly group without receiving one in return;
b) giving cities to an opponent so that they form a set of four (four cities);
c) and similar deals that benefit only one of the players.

6.3. Playing in collusion with friends:
6.3.1. making deals only with friends in non-team games;
6.3.2. playing from two or more accounts at the same table (even if you logged into a friend's account and then logged out, this is recorded and the account is considered yours).

6.4. Deliberately stalling for time.

7.1. Insulting chat users: insulting a person's identity and dignity; insulting parents in any form; messages of an overtly sexual nature, propositions and requests (treated as an insult to identity and dignity); any promotion of sexual minorities; trading intimate photos, etc. It is prohibited to distribute content promoting intolerance of or aggression towards groups of people based on race, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation; promotion of fascism in chat.

7.2. Profanity in chat — using obscene expressions or individual words, including disguised but easily recognisable profanity (in any form).

7.3. Provoking conflict with other chat participants or with the chat administration.

7.4. Using an unacceptable name.

7.5. Profanity in a nickname; nicknames consisting of offensive words.

7.6. A swastika in a profile or nickname, promotion of fascism, etc.

7.7. Using malicious links and advertising other websites (without the administration's consent). Any links in chat are prohibited.

7.8. Unacceptable photos: revealing or erotic underwear (swimwear excepted, unless explicit); bloody avatars or avatars depicting violence; degrading photos of people; photos of the project's administration; pornography (exposed genitals, child pornography).

7.9. Flooding — repeating the same message or set of characters multiple times (more than three).

7.10. CAPS LOCK (all capital letters) — after the first warning.

7.11. Ignoring or publicly discussing a moderator's requirements, actions or identity in an improper manner.

7.12. Deception, slander or misleading players.

7.13. Any dispute with the chat administration may be treated as a violation of the chat rules (a dispute is considered to be any public discussion of the chat administration's actions).

7.14. Any repeated violation of the rules while other bans on a player's main or additional accounts are in effect automatically results in the extension of the ban on all main accounts and the blocking of the account from which the violation was committed.

7.15. Negative statements directed at the administration.

7.16. Politics.

7.17. It is prohibited to use accounts created to insult players (inappropriate nicknames, pornographic photoshopping of personal photos to troll users and the administration), or to create large numbers of accounts that interfere with the game.

7.18. Begging.

7.19. The administration reserves the right to ban violators for an unlimited period.

8.1. The Administration grants the User the right to make payments to the Website. Payments are voluntary and optional — all functionality of the Website is available without making any payments.

8.2. As a result of a payment, the User receives the selected in-game valuables to their personal account. Once the in-game valuables have been credited to the account, the service is deemed rendered.

8.3. The Administration may at any time and at its own discretion restrict, suspend or completely terminate the User's ability to make payments to the Website, including where there are signs of a violation of these Rules, signs of fraud, use of third parties' payment methods, payment disputes (chargebacks) previously initiated by the User, or on other grounds determined by the Administration at its own discretion. Restriction of the ability to make payments may be applied either together with blocking of the account or as a standalone measure, with or without notice to the User.

9.1. A refund is considered to be the cancellation of a payment by the User through an app store (App Store, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery, etc.), a payment system, a bank or another organisation that processed the payment, including by disputing the charge (a chargeback).

9.2. If a refund is detected for any payment made in the game, the User's account, as well as any accounts associated with it, may be blocked without prior notice and without compensation. In-game valuables obtained as a result of such payments are voided. Other payments on the blocked account are non-refundable.

9.3. A User who discovers a bug, exploit, security vulnerability or any other undocumented means of gaining an advantage in the game must immediately report it to the Administration at [email protected] and must not use the discovered flaw.

9.4. The use of such flaws (including a single use), concealing them from the Administration, sharing information about them with third parties, or publishing them are treated as a gross violation of these Rules and entail blocking of the account without refund of previously paid funds and without compensation.

10.1. The Website and the services it provides do not constitute the organisation or conduct of gambling within the meaning of Federal Law No. 244-FZ of 29 December 2006 «On the State Regulation of Activities for the Organisation and Conduct of Gambling and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation», and are not subject to its regulation.

10.2. The games on the Website are games based predominantly on skill, strategy, experience and the decisions made by the User. Random elements (such as rolling dice or dealing cards) are part of the game mechanics but do not determine the outcome of the game independently of the User's actions.

10.3. In-game currency, in-game valuables and any other objects held on the User's personal account or in their inventory do not constitute money, means of payment, securities, other property or property rights, and do not constitute a bet and/or winnings within the meaning of the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

10.4. In-game currency and in-game valuables may not be exchanged, refunded or converted into money, other property or property rights, including at the User's request or after the User stops using the Website. In-game currency and in-game valuables have no market value outside the Website.

10.5. Payments made by the User to the Administration do not constitute bets. Payments represent the consideration for the right to receive a certain amount of in-game currency and/or in-game valuables for the purpose of entertainment and use of the Website's functionality.

10.6. Any transactions between Users involving the exchange, sale, transfer or other disposal of accounts, in-game currency or in-game valuables for money or other property outside the Website are prohibited. The Administration does not recognise such transactions, bears no responsibility for them and may block the accounts of the participants in such transactions without refund of paid funds.

10.7. The Website is used solely for entertainment purposes. The User confirms that they understand the entertainment nature of the Website and do not regard the use of the Website as a means of generating income, earnings or other material benefit.

11.1. The Administration may use anti-cheat systems, anti-automation systems, client fingerprinting and other technical means, and may collect technical information about the device, client, network connection and the User's actions in order to detect violations of these Rules.

11.2. The Administration determines the fact of a violation of these Rules by the User at its own discretion, based on the totality of collected technical data, server logs, anti-cheat system data, reports from other Users and other information available to the Administration.

11.3. The Website's server logs are recognised by the User as reliable and admissible evidence of the fact and circumstances of a violation of these Rules, as well as of any other legally significant actions performed in the User's account or on the User's behalf.

11.4. A User who considers a block or other access restriction applied to them to be unjustified must, within 30 (thirty) calendar days of such restriction, send the Administration a reasoned complaint to the email address [email protected]. A complaint sent after this period will not be accepted for consideration.

11.5. The Administration reviews a received complaint within 30 (thirty) calendar days of its receipt and sends the User a reasoned response to the same email address.

11.6. Compliance with the complaints procedure established by clauses 11.4–11.5 of these Rules is a mandatory condition for the User to apply to a court regarding any disputes related to the application of these Rules.

11.7. If the Administration has recorded signs of a violation of these Rules by the User, the burden of proving the absence of a violation lies with the User. The User must provide the relevant evidence as part of the complaint sent under clause 11.4.

11.8. The Administration's aggregate property liability to the User on any grounds related to the use of the Website (including claims for the refund of paid funds) is limited to the amount of payments actually made by the User to the Administration during the 30 (thirty) calendar days immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose. Payments made before this period are non-refundable.
