1. What we sell

1.1. On the Website, the User may purchase in-game (virtual) currency and virtual items for the game Monolife («Magnat — Monopoly Online»). These are digital goods used solely within the game.

1.2. In-game currency and items have no monetary value outside the game, do not constitute money, and may not be exchanged or converted into real money.
2. Instant delivery and consent to immediate performance
2.1. After a successful payment, the selected virtual goods are credited to the User's account automatically and immediately. From the moment of crediting, the service is deemed to have been fully rendered.

2.2. By making a purchase and receiving immediate delivery, the User expressly consents to the immediate commencement of performance and acknowledges that, where applicable law grants a consumer a right of withdrawal (a cooling-off period, e.g. 14 days for consumers in the EU/UK), that right is lost once delivery of the digital content has begun.
3. General rule

3.1. Because the goods purchased are digital and delivered instantly, all purchases are, as a general rule, final and non-refundable once credited to the account, except in the cases set out in Section 4.
4. When refunds are available

4.1. The paid goods were not delivered or credited due to a technical error and cannot be re-credited.

4.2. The User was charged twice for the same purchase (a duplicate charge) or was charged in error.

4.3. The payment was made without the User's authorisation (an unauthorised transaction) — subject to verification and confirmation.
4.4. In these cases, the Administration will, at its option, re-deliver the goods or refund the amount paid.
5. How to request a refund

5.1. To request a refund, email us at [email protected] or create a support ticket in the game — within 30 (thirty) days of the payment date.

5.2. Attach screenshots and the payment receipt to your request, and include the date and amount of the payment, the currency, the transaction/payment ID, the email address or account ID used for the payment, and a description of the issue.
6. Review and refund timeframes
6.1. We respond to your request within 24 hours, and the review of the request takes up to 7 (seven) days from its receipt.

6.2. An approved refund is issued to the same payment method used for the payment. The time for the funds to arrive depends on the payment provider and bank and usually takes up to 10 business days after approval.
7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

7.1. Before disputing a payment with your bank or payment provider, please contact support — most issues are resolved faster directly.
7.2. Initiating a chargeback may result in the blocking of the User's account and any associated accounts, and the voiding of in-game valuables, in accordance with the Site Rules.
